One space. Apps you talk to.

ConvSpace is a platform for conversational apps. Ask about your money, your studies or your team's work, and get a straight answer back from your own data.

How it works

Software you can simply ask

Install an app and hold conversations with it the way you would with a contact. Each one knows its own subject, and answers from your own data.

1

Add the apps you need

Each app does one job properly, whether that's your money, your studies or your workflows. You install the ones you want and the rest of the catalogue stays out of your way.

2

Ask it, or tell it what to do

Answers come back as a sentence, a table or a chart, whichever the question calls for. And not everything you say is a question: give it an instruction and it just gets done.

3

Pin it and it stays current

An answer worth keeping goes on your dashboard, where it updates itself as new data arrives. The question only has to be asked once.

Launching with

Four apps to begin with

We're starting small on purpose. Each of these covers something people already do every day, and each one shows the same idea from a different angle. More will follow once these are solid.

Money · Personal

Personal finance

Budgets and savings, in plain words.

Your budget, your spending and your savings pots, with no spreadsheets and no guilt trips. Tell it what you're saving for and it keeps score. Ask where the month went and it tells you straight.

Most people give up on budgeting apps because keeping them fed is a chore. Answering a question isn't.

Things you could ask

How much did I spend on food this month?

Move ₦10,000 into my rent pot.

Am I still on budget, honestly?

Knowmos

Learning

Studies and revision that talk back.

A patient study partner for you or your learners. Knowmos quizzes, explains, tracks streaks and scores, and tells you exactly where the gaps are, so revision time goes where it actually matters.

Parents rarely want a dashboard. They want to know whether it's going well, and where to help.

Things you could ask

Quiz James on fractions for ten minutes.

How did this week’s sessions go?

What should we revise before Friday?

Money · Business

Business finance

Run your business money by chatting.

Accounts, invoices, cashflow and sales. Ask about any of them the way you'd ask a sharp accountant who never sleeps. Nothing goes missing, and nothing waits for month end.

The questions that matter most to a small business rarely match the reports an accounting package comes with.

Things you could ask

Which product made me the most money this week?

Any invoices overdue? Nudge them politely.

How is cashflow looking for July?

Flows

Workflow and operations

Repeatable work, step by step.

Approvals, restocks, onboarding: anything your team does more than once can become a flow. Start one with a sentence, see what's in flight, and get nudged only when a step is waiting on you.

Asking a workflow tool a question usually means building a report first. Here you just ask.

Things you could ask

How many loan applications over ₦20M were approved in Q2?

What is waiting on me right now?

How long does invoice approval usually take?

Beyond ConvSpace

Some work belongs outside a chat window

Chat is a good way to ask about something. It's a poor way to sit down and actually do certain kinds of work. When that's the case we build a separate app for the doing, and ConvSpace answers the questions about it.

Knowmos

A dedicated practice app, with the insights surfaced on ConvSpace.

For students

Where the studying happens

A proper space to practise in, with questions to work through, answers to check and progress that builds up session by session. Sitting down with a maths problem needs room to think and somewhere to write, which a chat window doesn't give you.

It has its own home at knowmos.com.

For parents and teachers

Where the questions get answered

All that practice adds up to something you can simply ask about. There's no dashboard to learn and no report to run. You ask the question you were going to ask anyway.

Where has James improved the most this month?

The practice happens there. The questions get answered here.

A look at it

Being built now

Screens from the product as it stands today. Plenty will change before we launch, but the shape of it won't.

The ConvSpace dashboard: a sales widget, a remaining-budget widget, and pinned answers to questions put to Money · Business and Knowmos
The ConvSpace app store, listing business, personal and learning apps with install buttons
The ConvSpace inbox, with items raised by Money · Business, Flows and Knowmos awaiting action

And the same thing on a phone, which is where most of it will happen.
